Enjoy a relaxing, amenity-filled stay in this fully equipped camper, designed for both comfort and convenience. The site features an outdoor kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, TV, and gas grill, along with a screened-in porch, private fire pit, and your own tiki bar for unwinding after a day at the beach. Guests have full access to resort amenities, including bathhouses, a swimming pool, playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and a variety of planned activities throughout the season. Water lovers can take advantage of the on-site boat launch and marina with a fueling station, while additional conveniences like an arcade, snack bar, and ice are all just steps away. Internet is available on-site; however, for the most reliable connection, we recommend using a personal hotspot during your stay.

Enjoy a stress-free beach vacation with the convenience of our private boat slip, available exclusively for Dockside guests at Sun Retreats in Millsboro, Delaware. Launch your boat, jet ski, or other watercraft once and keep it securely docked for the duration of your stay—no repeated hauling or long waits at the ramp.
The slip accommodates one boat up to 25 feet in length or up to two jet skis. An additional fee of $100 per day applies, and advance reservation is required prior to arrival to ensure availability.
For your convenience, trailer parking is available in the designated overflow lot located outside of the campground gate. The slip also includes access to a freshwater hose, making it easy to flush your engine after each use and keep your equipment in top condition.
